GEDAC’s after-sales services are fundamental to GEDAC’s aim and commitment to support customers and the installed equipment.


To offer the after sales services GEDAC have a team of qualified and skilled service technicians and engineers. The service technicians and engineers are fully trained and resourced to provide the required professional support services. GEDAC’s after sales services include, but are not limited to:


  • Installation, commissioning and testing of power distribution equipment.
  • Emergency and breakdown support
  • Warranty support and spare parts back-up
  • Retrofit and upgrade of equipment on site and in the GEDAC factory.
  • Trouble shooting and repairs
  • Preventative maintenance
