MV Load Interrupter Switchgear
Powercon Load Break Switches are applied in the control and switching of power distribution systems having normal A.C. Voltage ratings from 2.4kV to 34.5kV. They are capable of switching 600 & 1200 amperes and are designed to adhere to NEMA & ANSI C37 Standards.
These switches are used:
- On the primary of transformers for their Protection & Isolation
- For the Protection & Isolation of single or multi-circuit systems
- For Automatic Transfer schemes where their ratings are not exceeded.
- Voltage rating from 2.4kV to 38 kV
- Continuous Ampere rating 600 & 1200A
- Comply with ANSI, NEMA & IEEE standards
